Dear owner/operator, please understand when you read this that I have no issue with your crew or the food. They have always been great. Earlier this week I ordered online for the convince and to make sure that I had plenty of time during my lunch break. Great experience
I’m really disappointed with the experience I just had. My boyfriend picked up subs for dinner and we live 20 minutes away. When we sat down to eat, I took a bite of mine and it was completely charred — not just a little burnt, but totally black and inedible. I called the restaurant right away and spoke to the manager-“Chris”, and the only solution he offered was for us to drive all the way back right now to replace it.
