Great experience
I’m really disappointed with the experience I just had. My boyfriend picked up subs for dinner and we live 20 minutes away. When we sat down to eat, I took a bite of mine and it was completely charred — not just a little burnt, but totally black and inedible. I called the restaurant right away and spoke to the manager-“Chris”, and the only solution he offered was for us to drive all the way back right now to replace it. I seen on tiktok that you could get a sub sandwich for your birthday so I went up there and told them it's my birthday yet I couldn't get a sub bc I didn't have the app for a year the video doesn't say that you have to have the app to get your free sub it was kinda embarrassing so probably won't be going to Firehouse any longer
