They keep increasing the prices, but have started skimping on the chicken portions in the sandwich. The price of a large sandwich has been increased from $14 to 16, but they have reduced the chicken portions in it. I am going to stop eating at firehouse subs. I strongly believe firefighters can’t afford such expensive food and if they can, such small portions of chicken is not going to satisfy them.
Really 0 stars. Customers service is unprofessional. And I did an online order ans the aubs were made wrong. So how he tell me I got you right hete and it’s made wrong. DO THE EMPLOYEES READ THE TICKETS? Is there someone to monitor the website to black out toppings cause I have nothing on my sub does that mean they out of everything???
Always good vibes from Here. Great staff
