So, you can't put mayonnaise on half a sub, and oil and vinegar on the other half? You say that's too complicated for you. Then you complain, while making the sandwich, telling how your supposed to make the whole sandwich the same and then cut it in half because it's a lot easier for you to put the same condiment on the whole sub?Realy? So then you put the condiments in a container on the side, and day to put it on ourself? You treat your patrons like crap, OK! See you again, NEVER!
We absolutely love the sandwiches there, and have had them often. Today I happened to be on the phone with my boyfriend ad he ordered, and heard every word. The subs were dropped off at home, and mine had no cheese on it, even though it should have. I called thr store and was told there was nothing they can do without us bringing the sandwich back in, which was not something i am physically able to do. Super annoying, when it was their mistake. No coupons or credits offered.
I made an online order. Used some of my points to upgrade my order and... BAM! It went through!! 😍 Pick up my order, added a soda & some chips. Went home,imensly impressed with the staff & VERY satisfied with the food!!!
First time ever at a firehouse subs and the guys working were so helpful. Very nice people.
