I had an amazing experience at this location, I met a worker there who I believed told me his name was Sebastian. Hands down one of the nicest cashiers I've met. From the moment I walked up to order, his positive energy and warm attitude completely stood out. He was incredibly polite, patient, and made me feel welcome. It is so rare to find that level of great customer service these days. His hard work does not go unnoticed. I will definitely be back!
I absolutely love Firehouse Subs 1781 Woodruff road, especially with the exceptional service and hospitality that was provided by Layton. He was polite, upbeat and welcoming. He took my order and then went to make my Turkey Bacon Ranch which was unbelievably delicious! He's bothe the cashier and sandwich artist! Fries are insanely tasty and crispy, I love them.
