Very disappointed with my experience at Firehouse Subs. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location, gotten all the way home, and realized my order was wrong. This time I was missing sides, and both of my subs were made incorrectly with toppings on them that I specifically didn’t want. I understand mistakes happen, but having issues with the entire order twice is frustrating, especially when you don’t realize it until you’re already home.
