First time ever having Firehouse, I eat the same food weekly so wanted to change it up. Ordered a sandwich to my liking online, put a pick up time on it as well. However, my modifications were dismissed and they made the sandwich not how I asked for. It wasn’t even that complicated just took a few things off and added 1 thing. I placed the pick up time for 30 mins after my order since I had to drive there and my food was cold when I got it. Was even colder by the time I ate it.
