I ordered a doordash from here over an hour before they closed. My order was never delivered because they FAILED to make my order. Over an hour waiting for them to be too lazy to make my food and the order to get canceled 10/10 do not recomend. Also attempted to call the location and no one answers the phone
Absolutely worst customer service ever. Ordered sandwiches online went in to pick up food and food was not there. Showed the receipt for that location and showed my bank statement showing I was charged. They refuse to make the sandwiches and left it to me to try and navigate a refund. I was not the one that made the mistake. I am not Firehouse subs IT specialist. I am truly dumbfounded by the lack of customer service I was offered. So I left there paying for sandwiches that I did not receive.
