Went to Firehouse subs on Huron Church Rd. Windsor location. I waited about 15 minutes for my sub, not bad if the sub was good. I ordered the steak and cheese. No onions no peppers and it was cold. I am pretty sure it's listed under the hot menu not cold not luke warm. If I wasn't on my way to work this sub would have went back and I would have asked for a refund. They clearly didn't care about taking my money and serving me garbage .
I specifically requested ‘no pickle’ and this is what I see when I open up my order. When someone requests to NOT have something on their order, please listen. I can’t comprehend not following instructions on someone’s food order. Quite literally gagged opening my order, as it reeked of Pickle. This is the third time this has happened, even though I request to not have this added to my order. I don’t care if it’s free, or ‘completes the order’ follow customer instructions, please.
I just visit this fire house my experience was so good staff was so nice i really appreciate that management of this Firehouse
