Friday, August 8th I went to Firehouse Subs as I have been giving them business since they opened. I am young but have slight hearing problems and today I was really disappointed with the way your workers reacted to that. At the counter, I had the lady repeat “White or Wheat” two times because I couldn’t hear or understand what she was saying. I was double charged when I called the store I was told I had to file online for using the app, so I went online filed and they told me the store manager would call me. This was back in May, we are almost in August and I still haven't received any call from this store, buyer beware
Got the Hook and ladder sub. Luckily I was using a BOGO reward otherwise the 10.00 for a sub that hardly has any meat. The meat that’s on it reminds me of Budding meat very thin and processed. Also, dirty tables and it’s not busy, broken equipment and clutter in the back of the dining room. I see that it is a franchise and I’m sure not franchisees are like this.
