Friday, August 8th I went to Firehouse Subs as I have been giving them business since they opened. I am young but have slight hearing problems and today I was really disappointed with the way your workers reacted to that. At the counter, I had the lady repeat “White or Wheat” two times because I couldn’t hear or understand what she was saying.
