The sandwich was old. They didn’t make it the way I asked when I entered the restaurant. They were just sitting around playing on their phones, then jumped up and made a sandwich. It didn’t smell fresh. The firehouse in Newport News is way better.
Entered this facility 08/27/26, 7:10pm. It needs a good clean. Every day, all day, the door handles and glass to the front door should be clean, inviting to the customer. But, the young man who did not make my little one's sandwich for me, turkey sub, was wearing gloves that were wet. They are constantly in steam. He gave his jeans a pull up twice, and scratched his scalp, while wearing the same gloves!! If his pants had a belt in them, he would not have to be pulling them up.
