I have celiac disease which means I absolutely cannot consume normal wheat bread. I went here excited because firehouse subs offers a gluten free sub role. There was no care whatsoever about preventing cross contamination of the 2 breads, my sandwich was prepped on the same cutting boards as everyone else's no glove change and the same knife used to cut the sandwich as everyone else's.
