I’d hate to see what this place looks like busy, took them a ridiculous amount of time to get a couple subs together for me on a Sunday afternoon well after lunch rush. Just terrible…
The staff are psychic, or at least that’s what they told me, but they were also timely, polite and easy to joke with which is, in my opinion, an absolutely underrated quality. Everything else aside the food was hot, fresh and made to my specifications, everything a perspective customer could ask for.
I hate having to leave a bad review for a place that is far and away better than any sub shop taste wise but their service at this location has been so bad the last few times I went in. They are clearly understaffed but the first thing you hear when you walk in is "there's a 20-30 minute wait. Are you sure you want to wait?". The last time I went in I waited 25 minutes. Quite possibly the worst sandwich I've had anywhere ever. 1 slice of meat for the whole sandwich and absolutely swimming in mayo. Threw away well over half as it was just bread and mayo.
