Good food better then subway and great people working here and vary fast service
Subs were great. Wait time was very long. No sense of urgency when there are 8 other customers waiting and not helping customers trying to order.
I was looking forward to trying firehouse subs! Put in an order in the lobby and waited 30 minutes just to be told another 20 minutes would be required! There was no one in front of me in line and then a huge order came in and they worked on that, hadn’t even started my order. Told them don’t bother and walked out with no food or refund.
Great firehouse! I called them a little bit ago to double check that they gave me gluten-free bread, because it’s just so good, I almost couldn’t believe it! Ron answered and he was amazing! He described the bread to me and made sure it was correct, great guy.
