The customer service at this place is horrible waited almost 30 mins for my sandwich and the place was not busy at all we had the one lady at the register just rude then the guy making our sandwich has headphones on talking on the phone wiping and sneezing everywhere I will never come back here would definitely recommend a different location if you come across this one
Long time Firehouse customer, and really miss the Roseville location, because this location continues to fall short. The wait is always unbearable and I like to add veggies to mine but I think 50% of the time they fail to add them. I have gone to sit down restaurants with wait service that has taken my order and gotten the food to me faster than this Firehouse location can get their sandwiches out sometimes.
