This was my second time ordering here. The first time I got the chicken bacon ranch and it was amazing. Thought I try the meatball marinara and i must say, I’m disappointed. I wanna add a photo because there’s like literally no marinara on my sub.
I went to this location again because it's been awhile since I stopped into a Firehouse subs due to how expensive they are however this particular time I did a mobile order like always and the staff made to order completely wrong. They gave me incorrect cookies and then when I asked for a refund they refused to give me my refund. They then wanted me to read my full entire card over the phone so they can manually give me a refund which is a big No-No because that is how scams and identity theft happens.
