I simply had to get the thanksgiving sandwiche for myself and my boyfriend. My friend ordered the Jamaican jerk. Ask where amazing. My issue is interaction with staff.
Rude & dirty. Person making my sandwich was holding her cell phone with gloves on then went to make my sandwich without changing them. What’s the point of gloves if they aren’t going to serve the purpose. Then gave me attitude when I asked her to change her gloves. Won’t be returning.
usually i love coming to firehouse subs, for the delicious food, and friendly staff. However this time was different, the two staff members working today were too distracted by watching a movie on the television to make my order… i understand aladdin is a great movie but please do your job while you’re working.
