Wow, this place has gone WAY downhill! Ordered a brownie at drive thru and was told "gimme a minute." After two she told me to drive up and then tossed the brownie at me in plastic wrap, no bag. The thing was hard as a rock and stale.
Yesterday we recently visited Firehouse Subs on Westnedge Ave in Kalamazoo to celebrate our son’s birthday, his choice and it turned out to be a nice experience. He had been wanting their subs for a while, so he was especially happy we went. We dined in and the atmosphere was standard, clean, casual, and comfortable.
