Usually I don’t write reviews but I just wanted upper management to know how their employees carry on in the stores. Last Sunday I went into the Firehouse subs on Monroe St. in Toledo. The girls working were all cussing and being extremely loud. Saying how they hated school and didn’t want to go back. Employees are not a good vibe. The only friendly one was the younger gentleman with the glasses working 8/14 around 730. He welcomed everyone in while the ladies expect you to have a pickup order. Sorry for the inconvenience that I didn’t and you had to stop what you were doing to come to the register. Not that hard to have decent customer service while you take an order.
Great subs, friendly environment.
My son ordered a sub with no cheese. They made his sandwich with cheese and refused to make a new one. The three ladies were extremely RUDE we’re throwing things at one another and we had to wait like ten minutes to be served. Horrible service.
