I ordered a New York steamer and it had about one ounce of corned beef on it and a lot of fat. There must have been 1/2 cup of mayonnaise on the thing. It was dripping and gross. I expect more for $15.46.
Maybe I am unlucky, but three times in a row now they've flat out left things out of my pick up order. And it's hard to pick apart a pickup order in store to say "you forgot tomato" or "I paid for double meat..." Trying their app for resolution just gets a contact the store message. Cool, but then I'm home already and my food's still wrong. Never had this experience downtown, so it's not the chain itself.
