While I love the food here (subs are excellent, addition of fries recently has been awesome!), the service is exceptionally slow! I work in the area and have waited 10-15 minutes for a sub mid-week. On a Saturday, I waited 25 minutes. This leads to lots of patrons sitting around with irritated looks on their faces as they wait for their food. I’m to the point where if I don’t have a gift card I don’t go. There are other good sub shops in town with better, quicker service.
Had the brisket sub it was tasty. Staff was ok but could have been more accommodating.
