Can someone tell me why on Monday at 8:30 pm I was refused service saying they were closed. I asked why the door said 9pm and she said we already shut everything off. I asked why they wouldn’t serve me until 9pm and with the meanest attitude she just said, “We’re closed. Please check cameras because that’s not right that your employees can just close when they feel the need too when paying customers drive a distance to eat there knowing they still have 30 minutes.

Why would I go back? The quality and the construction of the sandwich will improve and the neglected cleanliness and climate will improve? I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews. I don't even know how to describe the experience I just had in this location. We were confused about how the kiosk worked with paying cash, as it said it would print a receipt and we take it to the cashier, but it did not print one. So we asked the ladies behind the counter, and one of them snapped at us and gave us attitude like we were doing something wrong.
