If you "Stop taking orders at 8:45 pm" maybe change your closing hours to reflect that instead of 9pm. It's kinda false advertising... Turning away customers when your open sign is still flashing is bad for business.
I wanted to try out the firehouse closer to me, i usually go to the one in Pearland. Now im gonna keep going to Pearland, the service was terrible. I felt as if the crewmember was making fun of my intelligence. Making small comments while I was ordering. I knew I should have stopped there. Lastly when I was waiting for my sandwich, this curly haired guy was touching his face and fixing his hair with his gloves on. That made me feel so disgusted, I should have ordered a refund.
