Ordered online, drove 10 minutes to the location. Came in almost ten minutes after order was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t. One couple waiting in line. One person behind the counter head down and unresponsive. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come out and acknowledge my presence only to be told they’re still working on it. The food is great and the employees were friendly. I took off a point because the time to make the sandwiches can be slow depending on how many Internet orders they have. I’ll be back.
The most unbelievably slow service I could imagine. We ordered two sandwiches and it took over 20 minutes to get our food.
