We always have a positive experience at Firehouse Subs.
Ordered two salads for takeout and I arrived a few minutes later - just after opening time for them. The manager apologized when I came in and gave him my name as it would be a few more minutes - apparently he didn’t like the way the lettuce looked, sent the other employee over to the grocery store to buy some fresh.
