The food is always amazing, the staff is always so kind that’s why we are die hard firehouse customers
They made my entire sandwich with white bread even though I ordered wheat. It felt like they didn’t really care — they asked me to bring the sandwich back, but I was already at work. I asked them if I could come tomorrow without the sandwich but just show a photo of it — would they remake it? They literally said no .They said they’d remake it if I returned it tomorrow, which isn’t a great way to handle customers. So what do they expect me to do — keep the sandwich until tomorrow and bring it back? That’s ridiculous
