Evening employees need more training on the register. I never know what I'm going to pay as it depends on who's working. There is no consistency in pricing, even when I order the same sandwich each time. I've stopped going for a bit. I tried it going again and same results. They must have a high turnover rate at this location as it's never the same person working each time I go in.
Service tonight 08/10/25 at 9:27pm was completely horrible start to finish. I have never in my experience come to this Firehouse location and experienced this type of service. So much so, that I did not feel comfortable and had thrown my sandwich away. There was a shift supervisor on a laptop and I am most certain he noticed the poor level of service given.
