Very disappointing first time here. I've always heard great things about this place, but after tonight, I'll never order from here again. Given the prices, I expected so much more than we received. The meatballs are mushy and taste reheated. They failed to put extra marinara, so the sandwich was extremely dry and just unpleasant. The guys were very friendly, and the food was delicious. They finished my order very quickly and all welcomed me and said goodbye.
The bread was nice and soft and moist, fillings were fresh and flavorful.
We normally love this sub shop, we were so excited to be able to make it there in time, and arrived 20 minutes before closing and saw the employees running to the back when they saw us coming and the door was locked. Any recommendations on other sub shops in the area are welcomed!
