This location has some of the best customer service that I have received in a long time as far as line kitchens are concerned. We just moved back from a very conservative state to the Kansas City area and I was very apprehensive to try Firehouse Subs based on my last experience at a different location. Went in today. 8/31/25 at 1115. Staff was super friendly. Ordered a cheese steak. Large on white. It was awesome!!! The sprite was really good too. Once again, the guys working there made the experience very enjoyable. Great work and we will be back. Thank you
Fresh toppings every time at ward parkway location it's the best
This Firehouse is always 5 stars for years. I love the Italian with black olives and no other sub place compares!
