Best customer service in a 60 mile radius of Kansas City! My food is always excellent. The food is phenomenal. I have been to other Firehouses but this one nails it every time! Cowboy
I walked in to order and had cash in my hand. A guy at the counter looked at me and yelled “TAKE OUT OR DINE IN” so I said take out, he looked me up and down and then proceeds to yell, across the restaurant, “YOU GOTTA HAVE EXACT CHANGE”. No need to be so rude and loud/obnoxious. He didn’t even give me a change to figure out the exact amount. I left, checked the exact price on my phone and when I came back in, a young lady with a bun was a lot nicer. Wild to spend $44 and be yelled at for just walking in.
