This location appeared to be short staffed, but the service was still good. I ordered 2 of the Firehouse Steak Subs (Philly Steak & Cheese). Best subs I have ever had. The grilled onions make the sandwich. The competition, and they know who they are, does not stand a chance!
I just want to say how awesome Firehouse Subs was with my order today. I was getting food for my team meeting, but I had trouble ordering online and my card wasn’t working—it turned into a bit of a difficult situation. Service is horrible. I ordered ahead. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive and they were just going to get started. I wait for another 20 minutes, nothing. Someone finally asks me what order I'm waiting on and they had it on their back counter for who knows how long! A complete waste of time!
Needs some major work!!
