Employees were busy but taking care of orders, customers inquires.
Walked in to an employee chewing on their fingernails standing at the front counter. After being ignored for 2 or 3 minutes because we were busy with our fingers in our mouth I had enough and walked out. Sad that I used to like this establishment. 2 Spanish looking women in the store were the employees if management is interested.
Love their Sub way sandwich 😄❤️💚
Have always loved Firehouse Subs, food is great and also love the firehouse motiff. However, i favor VA Tech over other universities since it's in my home area, but the wall mural seems to display a communal insecurity🙄 Also, after i agreed to a donation, they doubled it—but promptly refunded it when i brought it to their attention.
