Bald guy behind the counter ( assuming the manager ) gets mad at me because their employee gave me the wrong order, and demanded that I pay for it. Shittiest customer service I’ve ever received.
Kind and friendly staff always cheerful and great when I go in. The food's great and honestly I hate to rate this place anything below a four. But today I had such a profoundly terrible experience I don't see myself coming back in quite sometime. The app was offering 50% off after 8pm. It was 8:17pm. The app said it wasn't after 8 and wouldn't honor the deal. I went to the store to see if they could resolve this or at least honor their own deal that they were offering in-store instead. A dead eyed employee took my order with no greeting. Ordered the meal I requested but they served me something that wasn't my order. Lettuce was very brown. I got a soup spoon with my salad.
