I went in to order take out. I ordered an Engineer that is turkey, provolone and sauteed mushrooms. While waiting someone who ordered dine in said their sandwich was wrong and the Manager said something to the person about needing to get the orders right in a mean tone. I don't believe that is right to yell at employees in front of customers I don't care how much they mess up. It tells me they are not being trained right. I ordered a grilled chicken salad to go. Got something else.
Came into firehouse subs yesterday putting in my order didn’t take too long to do. I had a great sandwich. I plan to be back again and everybody was friendly as well.
