Simplicity and ease of use with the app. The employees at the location I picked up my sandwich from were very friendly and helpful! Of course the sandwich was banging and my favorite place to get a meatball sub. I’d try the other items on the menu but that damn meatball sub with the pepperonis is too good! Love y’all’s customer service and food!

We love Firehouse Sub especially so close to my house but this location a employee was making sandwiches while using her cell phone so I informed her and the manager and they didn’t seem like it was an issue. For food safety inspection that is a high violation for food safety. Need to retrain the manager knowledge on food safety. No wonder sometime my family gets stomach issue after. Never going back to this location!
Man these people must really hate the job here, don’t speak when you come in, won’t speak while you there. Can stand at the register for 10 minutes before Anybody even speaks just overall need better customer service
Barely said hello to me as nobody there seemed to have a personality. Specifically asked for nothing but bread double chicken and extra mayo. I make sure to tip but get home and of course tomatoes , onions, and lettuce. Tried calling twice and as expected just rang and rang. Not sure what music they were playing but it needs to at least be something everyone likes. Very disappointed again… not sure who invented the sandwich trays as they suck as they put them in the bags so that you can’t close up the bag and carry it normal... read more
