My food was made to order and I didn't experience any issues.
Very rude ladies on night shift around 8:26pm, I walked in and wasn't greeted and me and my boyfriend were standing there and they didn't say a word. I finally got to order my food and asked for extra ranch and she responded very unprofessional. I will not go back to the Crossroads location!
I’ve been to this firehouse many times now and I have great experiences. The times I have went, I have received amazing service from two employees , Zach and Bryce. However, there was one employee who I didn’t have a good experience with. I believe her name was kira. She was rude and very unwelcoming. If it wasn’t for my previous great service, I probably wouldn’t spend my money there ever again.
The worst customer service! I was left on hold after complaining that my card was charged but my order never went through. Unable to call back as they only have one phone line. No one could give me an answer as to where my money went and claims I’ll have it back in 3 days. And they want me to place another order with them and pay another $50. The worst service ever.
