I've eaten here twice. Each time they have gotten my order wrong. It's not difficult. No ranch, yet they add ranch every single time no matter how I tell them to make it. I like Firehouse as a brand and the sandwiches are great. But this location has a consistently gotten my order wrong with no recourse.

First at last time at this location! Arrived near 11am this morning, which is 30 minutes after open. When we walked in, it seemed as if we were a disservice to the staff. No greeting (which is hospitality industry 101) and , as I haven’t been in to firehouse in quite some time a need to review the menu. There was no offer of suggestions let alone help. If I could give this place -0 stars I would. I’ve debated on writing a review several times and continue to give chances. But yall fired the wrong people! This is THE WORST place to go to. Every worker in that place just nasty attitude don’t care about nothing. Just with their attitude I wouldn’t want any of them making my food. Feedback for Management: I had a very disappointing experience with your service. The employees seemed completely uninterested in helping customers — they didn’t acknowledge me, and acted irritated while doing their jobs. I had to wait several minutes before anyone took my order, and when they finally did, it was with a condescending attitude. This kind of service is unacceptable. Please consider hiring people who actually want to be there and treat customers with basic respect. I will not be returning to this location.

Unfortunately, the quality of service at this establishment has noticeably declined. We initially attempted to place an order through DoorDash, but it was unexpectedly canceled without any clear explanation. As a result, we decided to visit the restaurant in person and placed our order directly. When our food was finally prepared, it was made incorrectly.
