As someone who worked in a ($3.8M firehouse) for two years and has a boyfriend who worked in one for 10 years, do not come here. It used to be the best location in Des Moines, but now it’s awful. The last three orders have either been absolutely freezing cold from not touching the steamers, missing less than half the meat, or made an hour and half in advance from when it should be.
