Food was delicious and made quickly. Friendly staff all around. Was served by Sayde and Hunter.
The last two times I ordered a sandwich here they were drown in mayonnaise. Disgusting! I wouldn't be posting here but they don't answer their phone.
The lady at the front didn’t listen to anything we said, then when we said they missed our order she came up to use acting rude told us “speak” and they we are wrong and didn’t order what we did and we each had to say it 3 times. This location is terrible :update 7/3 - the guy at the register couldn’t have cared less, and the pickle I got was like a 2” chunk This locations sucks after the other manager left.
I just saw a lady come in and had a problem with the app. The guy behind the counter named Elijah took care of it. The lady seemed thankful and Elijah appreciated her kindness and patience. I thought whole conversation was awesome. I enjoyed my dinner there and the place was clean clean clean. This is the only Firehouse Subs I've ever been to. Highly recommend this one.
