The staff was friendly, efficient, and detailed during the lunch rush.
The Italian is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! It's so flavorful and packed full of meat and delicious toppings making it an excellent value for the money. I order the same sandwich every time because I know it's going to be good, and I have big cravings for that exact sandwich. My boyfriend gets the Captains Club and loves it. This is our 3rd time ordering from this location and it's always good.
Once again we ordered online and didn't get the order right. Last time the order was sitting there but they told my husband the order was not ready. Waited for 20 minutes and then they realized the order was sitting in the back. Meanwhile bread was so soggy it wasn't eatable. So we try again tonight and both sandwiches we ordered weren't done right. Not sure if it's management or poor quality staff but it's just not worth it. Get your sub elsewhere. These guys are not a premier sandwich shop.
Ordered online and food was ready about 1 minute after I arrived. Great timing!
Visited at 1:45pm on a Wednesday. The food is good. But, this place has a cleanliness problem. Dirty tables, dirty floors, and the drink station looked terrible. I count four staffers, and maybe the lunch rush was exhausting, but someone should be wiping tables and cleaning floors.
