Love Firehouse Subs! Now with steak fries, even better! The Somkehouse beef and cheddar brisket and Meatball are my go to sandwiches. Got the Smokehouse today, no mayo and added bacon with the steak fries, so good! The hero sauce too for the fries.
This place is a hidden gem! I wish they were open until 10pm, but that doesn't change my review. I am a regular, and I usually go for dinner on Mondays(2x points using the app!), and I arrive about an hour before close. At most restaurants, the food quality goes down late night, as the ingredients have been sitting all day and the late night crew doesn't care about quality. Not Here!!!
