Said they open at 10am but the one worker didn’t get into the store till 10:10am. I stood waiting g in front of the door. Made an online order to be ready by 10:10am and it obviously wasn’t ready because they hadn’t even prepped the station. Open at 10am should mean you’re ready to take customers at 10am! Hate places that waste my time.
Tried to do a mobile order at 8:38 PM, app said they close at 9 PM, but would only allow next day pick up. So walked in and they could not make food because they were closing in 22 minutes. See times in the picture.
Had a really great experience at Firehouse Subs today. The two girls working there were super nice and gave amazing service. You can tell they actually care about making the food good. The sandwiches were fresh, loaded, and honestly one of the best subs we’ve had in a while. Definitely gonna be our go-to spot from now on!
