Ordered online and went in to pick up the sandwiches when they said they would be ready. They were short handed on staff so I understand that but it took another 30 minutes to make our order. It seemed like they waited until the last minute to finally start ours even with people coming into the store afterwards and receiving their meal in timely fashion. Store has two different music types on way to loud. Had issues with the app ordering food. The man “ in charge” asked for me to pay for my food again since the order didn’t come through. I had to back and forth with him for over 30 minutes before I got my refund. Not very helpful nor good service.
