I told the lady at least 5 times what I wanted on my ham sandwich. Its was simple. Ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar. Took it back to my boss to eat and he started having an allergic reaction because they put mayo on it!!! I did not ask for mayo. I made it VERY clear what was to be on it. Not only that but another of the sandwiches was a medium when I specifically said that all three sandwiches are to be LARGES.
