Okay, love the subs here always. I went in to pick up a mobile order this evening and was slammed in the face with smothering heat. It felt over 100 degrees in there and I could barely breathe the few minutes I was in there. The guy behind the counter looked like he was struggling to stand up straight. Why would you stay open with no a/c. Treat your employees better!

Great place, but Thomas is so rude. Take your earbud out when we order and maybe you’ll hear us. Also looking down at the counter and mumbling your questions doesn’t help either.
