My husband and I ordered from their fireman subs app and we did an in store pick up . The chips were missing and my soup was cold and sour. My husband called the store and a man named Raymond told us it was out of his control that he couldn’t do a refund . The best sub I've ever had anywhere. I had the pastrami sub.
Great variety, tasty food. Ordered thru the app, and it was ready when we got there. You can make two good meals out of the largest size.
