Disappointing Experience – Understaffed and Overwhelmed Went there for my lunch break expecting a quick and decent meal, but I was seriously let down. There were only two employees working during the lunch rush, and it was absolute chaos. Orders were backed up, and both employees looked completely overwhelmed. Absolutely love Fire House! Sandwich is always fresh and flavorful. Staff is welcoming and place is tidy.
Every single time the food and the experience is awesome. I just wish we had one closer to us….
