This is the WORST fire house subs ever !! Went in tonight. Spent $70 on 5 sandwiches. Half of the order was COMPLETELY wrong. I called and spoke to a woman that said she was the manager(literally the rudest person ever) she said she wasn’t going to do anything unless I drove all the way back. When I told her I couldn’t drive back it was too far she hung up on me !! This is what we got. A jalapeño lettuce and hot cheese. Disgusting 🤮 How is this woman a manager? SHE is a HORRIBLE !!

Walked right in Placed my order with someone and had my Jerk Chicken sub, shortly after, tasting yummy and fresh!
I was given a take out time 45 minutes after I ordered. When I arrived at the store at the pickup time, they had just begun my order and I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for them to finish it up. I was in a bit of a time crunch, so this delay was quite inconvenient.
