Love Firehouse and the New York steamer. This particular day went through the drive through. Told them what I wanted. Was on the receipt. Sandwich came with things that I didnt request and things I asked to be removed. Was like the Sandwich maker forgot they were making someone else's meal and not there own. When I backed up to the window. Honked and knocked on the window... nothing. Had to drive around to go inside to get it fixed. Mod did fix and apologized.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience from today in hopes that it can be helpful. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with my meal. The bread was very hard and difficult to eat, there was very little sauce on the sandwich, and the fries were also quite hard. The food didn’t seem as fresh as I had hoped.
