Worst firehouse I have been to. Came in late lunch and there was nobody else in the restaurant, took him three tries to get my sandwich right even though it was right on the receipt. When they finally did get it "right "it had one small piece of bacon, gob of mayonnaise oozing out everywhere. My wife ordered grilled onions and they were raw onions, when she asked about it she was told they were grilled and the recipe had changed in April. My small Hook and Ladder sub was fresh, warm and delicious . The people were nice. The place was cool and inviting.
Why does it take so long? This has the be the slowest sandwich experience. I don’t understand how it’s confusing or hard. It’s taking 15 mins to make 2 subs. Just go to Publix. Oh, and clean the drink machine, it’s nasty!
