We normal get the same things, scan points, use them when we get them, snag an extra load roll for hubby and get his favorite drink. This trip was horrible. They forgot a paid for side, machine was down again on his favorite drink, they wanted to charge for a full sub for a roll that normally cost us $2-$3 bucks normally. I haven’t been there since I had a bad experience with a young lady few weeks ago.but I went there lastnight expecting it to be just as bad and I was greeted by a young man name Tae.he had great personality,well groomed and positive attitude.firehouse definitely need more employees like him.he definitely makes you feel welcomed as a customer.10 out of 10.must recommend!!!!
