EVERY single time we order online the modifications are completely wrong- most often for removing items (eg, No Mayo, No tomato, etc ). They always add any items that you remove and miss additions frequently. The staff are always friendly and will fix it but have to drive to store to do so. Excellent subs!
I ordered my sub through DoorDash within the time frame given and after waiting for 30 minutes I get a notification that my order was canceled. No reason given. Horrible customer service here guys. If you for some reason can’t fulfill an order within the time frame you provided to DoorDash then you need to do something about it. I’ve been to this store numerous times since moving here and I can honestly say the quality is hit or miss. Unfortunately it’s the only store in the area. I am really disgusted with this issue.
