I came to firehouse on my lunch break thinking it would be quick and boy was I wrong. There was 3 people behind the counter working and it was not busy at all there was 2 people in the store waiting. I ordered a ham and cheese and I probably waited 20 minutes. The lack of urgency was truly astonishing. I will not come back here again.
They seem to be under New Management, the worker seem to be friendly and courteous, the restaurant is clean, and service was fast.
I said large. They charged me for a medium. I told them their mistake and none of them know how to do a refund so they had to call the boss. I'm in a huge hurry and now I have to wait for 3 other customers to get rung up. I asked for just a refund and they refused, saying they are already making the sandwich. I guess they don't understand what a hurry is. I'd rather get my money back and leave. I don't want to wait for the sandwich, but I already paid for it.. never coming back to this firehouse.
