Usually firehouse subs are great, but the experience here today wasn’t the usual. Came after work, and it took half an hour to get a sandwich. Not only that, the staff had an extremely negative attitude towards us. When asked to correct something on the sandwich, the lady working at the counter rolled her eyes. It’s like we’re inconveniencing them to do their jobs. Very disappointed. When the food isn’t made with care, it’s not good at all.
