Poor server was all by her self. Expensive for a sandwich but always good. Appreciate they're service donations.
Great customer service great food
This Firehouse has gone so far downhill since they switched owners. My sandwich is always made incorrectly, and waiting 30+ minutes for your order even when the place is empty seems like a problem. I usually don't complain, being a 20 year veteran of the service industry myself, but the people in charge of running this place really need to reevaluate their standards for service.
