I placed my order and only after that they told the employee who took my order that there was no white bread available. However, they did have white bread they just didn’t want to cut it because they were saving it for large sandwich orders. As a paying customer who was already there and had already placed my 2 sandwiches order, this made no sense. They could have simply cut the bread and completed my order, but they refused to do so. Orders are ready very quickly, the food quality is reliable every time, and online ordering makes the experience extremely convenient—I can walk in and pick up my order without any hassle.
