Lady behind the register obviously did not want to be there, there was a guy with an (unlit) cigarette in his mouth behind the counter, and the place was DIRTY! Had not been dusted, had the floors cleaned, or done any actual cleaning. Everything was covered in gunk. Food was fine, first and last time I'll visit...which is sad because of what Firehouse represents. They need more motivated employees and probably new management. Gross.

First time cause prices seem ridiculous but they have a thanksgiving one so I caved. Just bread and stuffing like no meat sauce gravy. It wasn't even good bread. I don't get why people say its good. I don't recommend. Try McAllister deli or Jason's heck subway is better just cause of bread

Place an order online to have delivered. Was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Firehouse and was told by Madison (who informed me she was the "Assistant General Manager") that there was nothing they could do about it. Extremely rude and told me to contact corporate and hung up on me.

Changing my previous five star review because we have had a few poor experiences here lately. One being that we made it home with hard bread and half of it was burnt and inedible. When we emailed customer service they said they escalated it and someone would contact us but they never did. I emailed them again to follow up and supposedly they were having someone call us, but no call. No communication.
