I ordered through the online app and it allowed me to order fries when my husband went to the store to pick up the meal. He said that they had it posted that there was no french fries. The store never offered a refund, never refunded my money and never alerted me that the product was not available. I tried to call back to get my money back and they never answered. In the past I have had great experience with this location. But not this time. I placed an order on the app. When I picked it up the tag indicated everything was there but an item was missing. When I asked the girl about it she told me they were out and I could have a bag of chips. I didn't want chips i asked for a refund. She refused and told me to go to the app. The app and the email from firehouse told me the refund had to come from the location. Went in and the worker just scolded. Stood at register and waited to never be acknowledged. Worker was too busy making online orders to even greet. Eventually, a second worker came out of back and walk by us and just stared at other worker. We stood for a few more minutes at register and were still ignored whole the other worker continuedto stare at the other worker. So we left and went to a different restaurant. Every other time we have been here we have been greeted and helps fairly quickly. This was just poor service

I'm only giving one star because zero isn't an option. I placed an online order Sept.30. I went to pick it up and the girls working at the time refused to make it. They told me I had to order something else. When I told them I wanted a refund I was told I had to request it on the app. When I did it said the store you ordered from had to issue the refund.
