I'm only giving one star because zero isn't an option. I placed an online order Sept.30. I went to pick it up and the girls working at the time refused to make it. They told me I had to order something else. When I told them I wanted a refund I was told I had to request it on the app. When I did it said the store you ordered from had to issue the refund. Asked again and was told the worker wasn't authorized to issue refunds or cancel orders. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one and she didn't know how ... read more

The supervisor (Earnest?) was working the line on his own, on a Sunday, but he husseled to get several large orders out in lising mine. Sandwiches were great. Definitely rare to see someone work that hard with a smile. Great customer service.

Ordered the New York steamer.The girl handling the money also made my sub,with no gloves.Asked for caramelized onions,they forgot to put on.They also forgot to put the Italian dressing on there. Very dry sub. Firehouse sub use to be good two years ago. It must be under new management. The workers are not properly trained. Not consistent!
