I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location and the complete lack of integrity shown by the company. My order was wrong in multiple ways: one soup was missing, the second was only two-thirds full, and my sandwich was assembled incorrectly with two bottom pieces of bread and no top. I placed an online order that was scheduled for pickup at 1:35 pm. When I arrived there were 2 other people who were already waiting, however there were 3 customers who came in after me and placed orders in person. After the 2nd person who came in after me got there order I asked about mine that was now 15 min past the promised time and was told they were just starting it yet they called another person to get there order who came in after me. Today we dined in for a quick meal. The ladies here are so nice and the food came out quick and delicious. 5 STARS Clean bathroom and the hot sauce bar was awesome!
