For lunch today, I tried Firehouse Subs in St. Thomas! The sub I had was the Caprese Chicken sub which was super tasty alongside the cookie!! I hope to come back to Firehouse Subs again someday..
Ate here for the first time today. Jacquelyn and Lisa gave us awesome service they were super friendly and helpful! Subs were also delicious!!!

The food at firehouse has always been great however they really need to work on their customer service. I ordered my sub on the app, I made adjustments like I always do (because of an allergy) I got to the location to pick up my order to find they made it incorrectly as they did not receive the adjustments I made. The General Manager was at the store and attempted to blame me for the error - stating they made the sub how it arrived at the store despite my order history showing I always order my sub this specific way.
