First off I just wanna say my sub was made to perfection. It was one of the best subs I ever had. And the customer service goes above and beyond. I want to specifically mention Connor his customer service was the best I have had at firehouse I highly recommend this location. It’s clean And the food is great. I will be coming back here
Very good food and service
Ordered my food ahead of time I came in to pick up food wasn’t ready associates more concerned with everyones work shift then getting the food out standing around chatting amongst others as well normally I don’t leave reviews but its really annoying to have only 30 min lunch break and order food early just to have to wait 20 min after your online order place . Now I can’t even eat my food and have to rush back to work just a bunch of unprofessional kids. Ughhhh !!!!
Ordered via DoorDash. I had 3 Dashers arrive to get my order, which wasn’t ready any of the times. I finally called the store to confirm they received my order and in the most unprofessional voice heard, “nah we don’t”. An hour later, still no food and I can’t get a refund because the store hasnt processed the order. Placed the order at 8:01PM on a Friday. AVOID THIS FIREHOUSE!!
