My orders are large orders, Nicole and Chris have always been a great help to ensure the orders are always correct. They take the order over the phone and I have never had any issues with incorrect food. They are polite, happy and thank customers for coming in!
Service was great and subs were ready when I walked in the door.
I highly suggest anyone that is shopping or traveling in the Concord Speedway area use this Firehouse Subs restaurant. The food is always hot and delicious and the staff is very courteous and professional! The manager Chris Take his time to assist me when I was having trouble with an online order….he is GREAT! I have visited other firehouse subs locations, and this one is by for the very best!
