UPDATE 6/23/2025 I purchased a Firehouse gift card for my father a few months ago. Today, he decided to use it at this location. The gift card failed to work on several attempts. The manager unhappily came to assist and was not helpful. In fact, the manager deleted the entire order despite my father still wanting to order and pay cash. The cashier had to reenter the order. My goodness, truly the worst experience I have ever had at a sandwich shop. The staff cannot get orders right. They ignore the people that are still in the chips and drinks. And then there’s people walking in and A lot of I win and had not and people picking up sandwiches without paying. I just want a sandwich. I cannot believe what I am experiencing. Bad
