I was given the wrong sub despite the ticket having my name and order details on it and it had pork on it. I have Crohn’s and cannot eat pork(ham)- to add insult to the injury Christian the “manager” at the store could be heard talking about me in the background while placing me on hold after I was told to “just come back” mind you I am 31 minutes away from that specific location. I asked them to just process a refund & you’d think it was an act of congress to get that done. This location is ridiculously incompetent.
It felt comfortable to dine here.
The sandwich was great.
Came here 8/24/25 Took my order never got the food the workers arguing with each other. Manager tells them to go to the back he comes out and extremely unhelpful himself. Waited for a refund over 20 mins then decides to give me my refund in cash. Worst firehouse I ever been too. Get better quality staffing or it won't last.
