I ordered three sandwiches. When I got them home two of them were wrong. I called the store and the manager offered to either remake or refund the sandwiches. He was not overly apologetic. I went back and went to the manager. I said I’m the remake and handed him the sandwiches and receipt with our order. He looked at me annoyed and said okay.
