I downloaded the app to order sandwiches and I had trouble with it. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Shirley. She was the nicest, most helpful person I’ve met in a long time. I was planning on picking up the sandwiches anyways, and she said to come in and she would honor the app coupon even though it was giving me trouble on my end. Ordering ahead is utterly useless. Ordered on the app waiting over 30 minutes standing there just waiting. Entire building was full of smoke no idea how the employees aren’t crying coughing constantly. Breathing all of that in. 6 people on the line that could only produce 2 sandwiches at a time. Insane for a sandwhich restraunt.
Location is extremely dirty (floors covered in dirt and filth, tables clearly not wiped down). Ordered on app and order was not ready at scheduled time. Waited an additional 15 minutes at the location for order to be made. Stood in line to address this (no one in front of me) and three employees did not acknowledge me or say hello etc. for 5 minutes.
